Saudi Arabia is a country of the Middle East located in the Arabic peninsula of which it occupies the major part. It has common borders with Jordan, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Yemen. It has a littoral of 2.640 km on the Persian Gulf and the Red Sea.
